Rental Reservations for Travelers

The Home Medical Equipment Center at Bay Pharmacy not only supplies products and services to the people residing in Door County and the surrounding communities, but we also provide products and services on a short term basis to our visitors. We are also a member of VGM’s Freedom Link. Many of the items that we have available are listed below along with our pricing. Our minimum rental period is for one week on all items. For extended stays, we have monthly rental rates. We charge a delivery fee of $50.00 regardless of the number of items that you rent from us. The delivery fee also includes the cost for us to pick up the equipment when you depart.  Our delivery and service range is within 50 miles of Sturgeon Bay. All deliveries and pick ups must be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.  Other days and times will be scheduled on an availability basis and will incur additional charges. A delivery fee will apply for each delivery made if multiple deliveries are requested. The delivery fee will be waived if the item(s) are picked up in our store during normal business hours. We require a credit card payment for all items rented. Reservations must be made with a credit card. Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the arrival date. You will be responsible for any equipment that is damaged or lost. You must fax or mail a physician’s prescription to us at (920) 746-2138 on items requiring a prescription before your reservation can be confirmed. We hope that you enjoy your stay in Door County.
