Our trained customer service representatives include Mobility Specialists,
Mastectomy Fitters, and Compression Therapy Fitters, who are available to
evaluate your needs, answer your questions, address your concerns, and
work with your doctor and insurance company. If you're concerned with home
safety, our staff can evaluate your needs and install necessary safety
products. We go the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers!

I started working in the Home Medical Equipment Industry in 1980 as a Respiratory Technician and have managed several different Home Medical Equipment companies since 1987. I served two years on the Board of Directors for the American Association for Home Care (formerly the National Association for Medical Equipment Services), six years as the President of the Minnesota Association for Home Medical Equipment Services and three years on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association for Medical Equipment Services. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of providing services that help people live a better quality of life. The staff at Bay Pharmacy does an outstanding job making this happen. |
